Limitations

Sitecore Connect for Salesforce Marketing Cloud has the following limitations:

  • You can only push media items that store file types supported by Salesforce. You can see a list of supported asset types at Salesforce.

  • According to Salesforce restrictions, the file size cannot exceed 3 MB.

  • Item clones are not supported inside media roots.
