Overview of limitations in the Sitecore Connect for Salesforce Marketing Cloud connector.
Sitecore Connect for Salesforce Marketing Cloud has the following limitations:
You can only push media items that store file types supported by Salesforce. You can see a list of supported asset types at Salesforce.
According to Salesforce restrictions, the file size cannot exceed 5 MB.
Item clones are not supported inside media roots.
