Activity for Sitecore Sync

The Sitecore Connect for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Activity for Sitecore Sync (AFSS) enables you to synchronize xConnect contact status from SFMC to Sitecore using a custom Journey Builder activity.

Before you can set up synchronization in an on-prem environment you must install the AFSS plugin and enable the Tenant Service.

In a container environment, the AFSS plugin is included in the default installation package for the SFMC Behavioral Data Exchange connector (SFMCBDE). To enable the AFSS functionality, you must install SFMCBDE with the Tenant Service.
