FORM events
Version:
The FORM event captures a site visitor's interaction with SitecoreAI forms, such as when a site visitor views or submits a form. Data entered in the form is not collected by this event.
Note
Content SDK and JSS apps automatically capture FORM events, with no coding required.
To capture and send behavioral data in a form not created in SitecoreAI, use a custom event instead.
FORM events:

Can only be sent from the browser (client-side tracking), not from the server.

Can't contain extension data or search data.

Can't be added to the event queue.
