Stop the functionality that uses analytics

If you have any functionality that accesses the contact/interaction data extraction process from outside of xConnect, you must stop it. You can restart it when the upgrade is completed. An example of this kind of functionality is rebuilding the Reporting database.
Important
If you are upgrading from Sitecore XP 9.0.2 or earlier, you cannot pause these tasks before the upgrade and resume them afterwards because the extraction process was changed in Sitecore XP 9.1.0.
If you are upgrading from Sitecore XP 9.1.0 and later, you can safely stop and restart these tasks.
