Tenant Service plugins

To run the Data Exchange Framework pipelines that manage, for example, Salesforce or Dynamics data on the Tenant Service (TS) site, you must install the corresponding plugins to the TS. You must also install the corresponding packages to your Sitecore site to have proper pipelines/endpoints configuration.

The default TS installation includes functionality for the Data Exchange Framework, Sitecore, xConnect, MongoDB, Forms, and Marketing Automation.

The following additional TS providers and plugins are available:

  • Salesforce CRM Plugin for Tenant Service, available from the download page for Sitecore Connect for Salesforce CRM

  • Dynamics CRM Plugin for Tenant Service, available from the download page for Sitecore Connect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
