Enable language fallback for SXA sites

In a multilanguage solution, you can use the language fallback functionality to control for which items you want to reuse content and which items you want to translate. To use the language fallback functionality for your sites, you enable either item-level or field-level fallback on the relevant sites.
You must enable the attributes on the shell and on each of the relevant websites.
To enable fallback on item or field level:

In the content, click sitecore/Content/Tenant/Site/Settings/Site Grouping, and then click the site item.

In the Language section, select one or both of the following check boxes: :

Enable item language fallback .

Enable field language fallback.
