Accessing web visit data

Current version: 10.1

Interactions can come from online or offline channels. To determine if an interaction is a web interaction, check for the presence of the WebVisit facet. The following list describes how to access page views, events, and other web-specific information:

  • Use the WebVisit facet to get web-specific information such as site language and browser.

  • Look at the Events on the interaction - page visits are represented as PageViewEvent objects in the list.

  • Goals, outcomes, and page events are also stored in the interaction’s Events collection and are linked to their parent page view event by the ParentEventId property.
