Creating a custom dashboard in Application Insights

Use Application Insights to create a dashboard that you can fully customize to meet the requirements of your solution. You can drag information tiles and charts from the Microsoft Azure® Portal Tile Gallery together to comprise a dashboard that gives you relevant insights into the way your solution is running.

For example, you could create an overview of the general health of your solution to include:

  • Server response time

  • Custom metrics

  • Log analytics

  • Browser timings

Or, you can create an overview specifically for marketing feedback, including:

  • Page views

  • Requests

  • Performance counters
