Add the DCRM connector module to Sitecore in Docker

To add Sitecore Connect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales (DCRM) connector in Docker:

1. Make sure you have prepared the installation files and images as described in Walkthrough: Preparing to install the DCRM connector in a container environment.
2. After the build has completed, run the command docker-compose up -d.
3. When the Docker compose command has finished, rebuild your search indexes.
