HTTPS configuration

Sitecore enforces the use of HTTPS by default, but of course you can choose to configure it as you want. This section describes your options for configuring roles and end points to use HTTP or HTTPS, as you prefer.
If you want to run a Sitecore instance over HTTP instead of HTTPS, you must configure SSL offloading.
