Forms database
Overvew of Sitecore Forms database supported infrastructure, references, scaling, and privacy and security.
The Forms database contains customer form entries for the Sitecore Forms component. It should not be confused with the xDB collection database, which stores analytic data.
You can host the Forms database on:
SQL Server
SQL Azure
