Security database
Overview of Sitecore Security database supported infrastructure, references, and privacy and security.
The Security database was introduced in 9.1 and contains all tables related to membership. Sitecore supplies a script for separating the Security database away from the Core database.
You can host the Security database on:
SQL Server
SQL Azure
