Application templates and samples

To provide a quick way to get started developing headless applications that use Sitecore data, Sitecore JavaScript Rendering SDK (JSS) has sample applications for officially supported JavaScript frameworks, as well as examples for a variety of use cases.

Provided application samples

JSS provides the following application samples:

Next.js sample application.
React sample application.
Angular sample application.
Vue.js sample application.
React Native sample application.

These sample applications are used by the JSS CLI to quickly scaffold a JSS app using the jss create command. You can use them to develop your applications or to create custom JSS application templates.

JSS also provides samples for the headless server-side rendering of React, Angular, and Vue.js JSS applications, as follows:

Using a Node.js proxy.
Using Sitecore Experience Edge for XM.

If you need to run a JSS application inside a traditional Sitecore rendering, JSS provides an example for client-side embedding.
