The Forms Service enables front-end applications to integrate Sitecore Forms through the APIs that:

Get form data from the Layout Service using a Rendering Contents Resolver.

Accept form submissions and return JSON data in a REST service.
The endpoint for this API is /api/jss/formbuilder.
