Create a copy of an email campaign

To simplify campaign creation or to reuse a campaign that has already been sent, create a copy and modify it as required. Not all email campaign parameters are copied over to the duplicate. You need to update the following settings in the copy:

  • for Regular email campaigns: the Selected Variant setting, the email address defined for a quick test, the Size of test parameter, the Select winner setting, and the Schedule delivery parameter are not copied over.

  • for Automated email campaigns: the email address defined for a quick test and the Schedule delivery setting are not copied over,

To create a copy:

  1. Open the email campaign that you want to copy.

  2. Click the Copy button (this is to the left of the Save button).

  3. Enter a name for the new email campaign and click OK.

The email campaign builder opens where you can modify the settings for the new campaign.
