The email campaign lists

Version: 10.4

In the Email Experience Manager (EXM), all email campaigns are stored in one repository for each manager root. A quick way to find the email campaign you need is to use the lists that are available from the menu to the left of the application window. For example, if you want to find an email campaign that you have scheduled to send later, in the navigation menu, click the Scheduled link and you will see a list with all scheduled email campaigns.

You can sort some of the columns, for example, the Modified date or the Created date, to view the email campaign in ascending or descending order.

Email campaigns are grouped into the following categories:

  • Drafts – shows all the email campaigns that are in the status Draft.

  • In progress – shows all the email campaigns that are in the process of being sent or being A/B tested.

  • Automated – shows all the email campaigns of the type Automated that are activated and available to be used in Marketing Automation and Forms.

  • Scheduled – shows the email campaigns that have been scheduled to send later.

  • Sent email campaigns – shows the email campaigns that have been sent. Click an email campaign to get the reports for the individual email campaign.
