Retrieve order contact references (legacy)

GET /v2/orders/<orderRef>/contacts

Retrieves a list of order contacts for an order.

In the response, in items.href, the order contact reference is the string that follows the final slash:

"href": "<baseURL>/v2/orderContacts/<orderContactRef>"

You use the order contact reference to retrieve the order contact.
