Schedule a widget variation

This procedure describes how to schedule and publish a widget variation to run during a selected time period. The widget used in the procedure is a search results widget.

To schedule a search results widget variation:

1. In the Customer Engagement Console (CEC), on the menu bar, click Widgets.
2. On the Widgets tab, click the name of the search results widget you want to open.
3. To open a widget variation without Active status, on the Widget Variations tab, click its name.
4. To schedule the widget variation, above the list of rules, click Schedule.
5. Set the Start Date and End Date fields.
6. In the Time Zone drop-down menu, select a time zone.
7. Click Save.
8. Click Publish.
