Filter data to regenerate a report

All the reports in the Analytics section in Sitecore Discover Customer Engagement Console (CEC) have drop-down menus to filter data. When you modify these settings, the report and its containing reports are regenerated.

The following drop-down menus are available for most reports:

  • Date Range includes yesterday, last 7 days, last 14 days, last 30 days, and customized range.

  • Devices includes desktop, tablet, mobile, and bot.

  • App Type includes web, native, and web view.

  • Country includes a list of countries.

  • Channel includes Referral, Organic, Mail, CPC, Direct, Social, and Other.

  • Visitor type includes new and returning.

To filter and regenerate a report:

  • In the relevant drop-down menu, select a different value.

To restore the drop-down menus to the default settings:

  • Click Restore Default.

Note

Restore Default is only available when you have altered the drop-down menu value from the default setting.
