View dashboards
Sitecore Personalize provides various analytics dashboards that help you monitor and understand the performance of your live experiments and experiences, including:

A/B Test Analysis report - available for web and interactive experiments.

Analyze and Export report - available for web and interactive experiments and experiences.

Goals report - available only for triggered experiences and experiments.

Offers report - available for all types of experiments and experiences that use a decision model to output offers.

UTM report - available for all types of experiments and experiences that use Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) parameters for tracking.

Voice of Customer report - available for all types of experiments and experiences that implement a Voice of Customer (VOC) solution to gather customer feedback.
The data displayed in these dashboards adheres to the data retention policy.
When viewing an experiment or experience, the available dashboards are determined by the type of experiment or experience, how it is configured, and whether there is enough data to display.
To view dashboards for an experiment or experience:

On the navigation menu, do one of the following:

To view a list of your experiments, click Experiments. The experiment list displays.

To view a list of your experiences, click Experiences. The experience list displays.

To view the list by status, click the Live, Paused, or Completed tab. To refine the list further, click Web, Interactive, or Triggered to display the list by type.

Click the name of the experiment or experience you want to view.

The menu bar displays the dashboards available for your selected experiment or experience by default. To view a specific dashboard, click the corresponding tab.

To view additional reports, click Add dashboards. In the Dashboards dialog, you can manually enable these reports. Default reports are automatically enabled, indicated by their switches turned on.

To enable the UTM report, enter a UTM parameter, or part of a UTM parameter in the text field.

To enable the Voice of Customer report, turn on the switch.

Close the Dashboards dialog to automatically apply changes to the menu bar.
