Working with Agentic studio
The Agentic studio in SitecoreAI brings human-AI collaborationhuman-AI collaboration into everyday marketing work. It introduces a new way to operate where AI becomes a true collaborator and an integrated part of the workflow, not just another tool. Powered by agentic AIagentic AI, Agentic studio provides marketers with a modern workspace to ideate, brief, plan, and execute campaigns with intelligent assistance. Teams can interact directly with their brand, delegate routine tasks, and orchestrate complex actions through autonomous agentsagents that understand goals and context.
The Agentic studio includes various tools and prebuilt agents. Prebuilt agents address common marketing scenarios, such as content generation, research, competitive analysis, and account enrichment. You can also design custom agents tailored to specific workflows and objectives. This flexibility lets teams apply AI where it adds the most value, reducing manual effort and freeing time for strategic and creative work.
Agentic studio supports multiple agents running concurrently, allowing different users and teams to work with their own agents in parallel across the platform. This makes AI a natural part of marketing operations, enabling teams to work faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

Before you begin
By default, agents do not understand your company’s tone of voice, brand guidelines, or business context. Agents rely on configuration and contextual inputs to determine how they behave and what information they use.
Before working with Agentic studio, make sure that:
-
Stream is enabled in the Sitecore Cloud Portal and that you have been added as a Stream user. If Stream isn't enabled yet, click Enable Stream in Cloud Portal and follow the on-screen instructions.
-
If you need to create or configure agents, you have a Builder license.
-
You configure the necessary settings for tools, skills, schemas, and templates so that they are set up for agents to use consistently across workflows. Only Admins can configure settings.
-
Signals are set with your specific preferences to provide relevant context and insights.
-
Each agent setting is configured for your own needs with the appropriate context parameters, schemas, templates, and other settings.
These settings are critical to how agents interpret prompts, generate outputs, and take action across workflows.
