Managed Cloud PaaS policies

To configure the right solution for your production needs, ensure you have an overview of the policiesĀ that relate to the support and use of Sitecore Managed Cloud solutions. There are separate policies for Managed Cloud Standard and Premium PaaS 1.0 and Managed Cloud Standard and Premium PaaS 2.0. The policies include:
- Access
- Monitoring
- Backup
- The Azure infrastructure
- The Sitecore Software Change Management
Naming conventions
In Sitecore, all resources follow the same naming convention:Ā resourceGroupName-sitecoreRoleName-resourceTypeAcronymĀ using lowercase. For example, if your resource group name is Production then your web database resource name would beĀ production-web-sql. This naming convention makes it much easier to identify what a resource does by simply looking at its name.
