Applications created with the Sitecore JavaScript Rendering SDK (JSS) can be integrated with advanced Sitecore editors such as the Experience Editor and Horizon.

Advanced editor support varies between the framework-specific SDKs.

Editor support for JSS Next.js applications

Applications created with JSS for Next.js support the following advanced Sitecore editors:

  • Experience Editor

  • Horizon

Editor integration is configured by default in JSS Next.js applications created with Sitecore Containers.

For applications created with the JSS CLI, you must configure the integration.

Editor support for JSS React, Angular, and Vue.js applications

Applications created with JSS for React, Angular, and Vue.js can be integrated with Sitecore Experience Editor. Editor integration is configured by default in all sample applications.

To use Experience Editor in JSS React, Angular, and Vue.js applications, you must run the application in integrated mode.
