Invite team members to Content Hub ONE
If you are an organization Admin, you can invite others to collaborate on content; assign roles that let team members access applications or perform specific actions; and manage users.
To invite team members:

On the menu bar, click Home.

On the Home page, click Help menu and, in the Help side panel, click Invite team members. This opens the Sitecore Cloud Portal, where you can invite team members using their email addresses. Whenever someone accepts their email invitation, they can log in to the portal, which creates a user profile giving them ongoing access to the resources and tools permitted by their role.
You can enter or paste up to 100 email addresses at one time. No separator is required, other than a space.
