Publish content or media
When you publish content or media, it becomes available in the delivery endpoint. If the content or media items have already been published, republishing them applies all pending changes.
You can publish content from the Content page using the More actions menu. Similarly, you can publish media items from the Media page.
You can make changes to a content or media item while it is being published. These changes do not affect the current publication, and they are not live until you click Republish.
To publish content:

On the menu bar, click Content.

On the Content page, click the content you want to publish.

On the content details page, click Publish. This sets the status to PUBLISHED.

If the content item includes referenced content or images that are not published, in the Publish dialog:

To publish each referenced item, click Open in new tab .

Alternatively, to only publish the content item without the referenced items, click Publish.

To publish a media item:

On the menu bar, click Media.

On the Media page, click the media item you want to publish.

On the media item details page, click Publish. This sets the media item status to PUBLISHED.
