Troubleshooting
To help you troubleshoot issues with the Content Hub CLI, the following table explains some common issues.
| Issue | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Additional folders appear in the export package structure. | The V2 export engine automatically creates these folders. Do not manually edit, move, or delete them, as modifying the package structure will cause import failures. |
Running ch-cli system import does not output a link to the job details. | The CLI only generates a job details link when an import completes in the Pending Review state. Clean imports complete directly and do not generate a link. |
