Disaster recovery

Sitecore Content Hub provides business continuity and disaster recovery documentation for the hosted service as well as a business continuity runbook that defines:

  • The length of time the system remains inaccessible before a business continuity event initiates.

  • The process for restoration.

  • The ownership of the process.

Note

We update the disaster recovery documentation every three months and test the strategy no less than once a year.
