Add a rule to a widget variation

To add a rule and publish a widget variation:

  1. In the Customer Engagement Console (CEC), on the menu bar, click Widgets.

  2. On the Widgets tab, click the name of the widget you want to open.

  3. On the Widget Variations tab, click the name of the widget variation you want to open

  4. On the Rules tab, click Add Rule.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Click Publish.

    Note

    Publish is enabled only if there are unpublished changes to the variation.

    Visitors can only see published changes.
