Remove a pinned product from a slot

You can remove a pinned product from a rule variation slot from the Widgets page.

To remove a pinned product:

  1. Log in to the Customer Engagement Console (CEC) and on the menu bar, click Widgets.

  2. Click the widget you want then click the variation you want to edit.

  3. Click the rule that has the pinned product you want to remove.

  4. Go to the pinned product slot and click in the top-right of the slot.

    The slots drop-down menu appears with Pin Current selected.

  5. Select the Personalized check box.

    This removes the pinned product from the slot.

  6. Click Save and then click Publish.

    For this rule and variation, the product is no longer pinned.
