Export user data

In the Sitecore Cloud Portal, if you are an Organization Owner or Organization Admin you can export information about users in your organization. The export generates a CSV file containing the email address, name, organization role, app roles, and latest login date of each team member.

Before you begin
  • If you're a member of multiple organizations, make sure you've selected the organization containing the users whose data you want to export.

To export user data:

  1. In the Sitecore Cloud Portal, on the menu bar, click Admin.
  2. Click Export. The CSV file automatically downloads.
