Set a go-live date for your site
When planning your first SitecoreAI site launch, you can notify Sitecore of your planned go-live date to activate hypercare processes and provide targeted guidance around your launch.
Go-live planning is available to all SitecoreAI customers for their first Sitecore go-live, including customers migrating from XP.
After you submit your planned go-live date, the information is stored in Sitecore's support systems so that our Support team can prepare for your launch. You may receive emails with guidance, recommended actions, and information about the go-live process. Prior to your go-live date, Sitecore will activate hypercare support to increase the visibility and priority of any support cases you open during this period.

To set a go-live date:

In the Cloud Portal, click the Go-live date planning card on your dashboard.
Alternatively, in the right-hand Quick links panel, click Help > Add go-live date.

In the Add go-live date dialog, select your planned go-live date.
WarningAfter you set the initial go-live date for a site, you can update it only once in the Support Portal.

Enter any additional details that could help Sitecore prepare for your launch, such as:

The sites included in the launch.

The name of the environment involved.

The various planned deployment activities.

Any other relevant information.

Click Submit.
