Share a report

Sitecore Search lets you share reports with other stakeholders. For stakeholders who do not have access to Sitecore Search, you can download reports as PDF or CSV files and share them.

Share the URL

The fastest way to share a report page with other users in your domain is to copy the URL, which you can then paste into an email message, an instant message, or a file.

To share the URL:

  • To copy a report page URL to your clipboard, on the report page, click Share URL .

Note

Accessing a report from a URL requires the recipient to log in with valid credentials.

Export as PDF

You can export a representation of a report as a PDF, allowing anyone to view it even if they can't access the report.

To save the report as a PDF:

  • On the report page, click Export as PDF .

Export as CSV

Some reports can be exported as comma-separated value (CSV) data.

To export a compatible report as CSV:

  • On the report page, click More Options Additional options > Export Data.
