Rules service

The Rules service is provided by the Sitecore.Commerce.Plugin.Rules plugin.

The Commerce Rules service is a generic infrastructure for applying rules in a Commerce service. For example, the Rules service is used with the Promotions service to assist in evaluating the qualifications for a promotion.
