Add an email address to the Forms address book
How to add email address to the address book so that building a form is easier.
To make it easier for the form designer, you can create an address book of email addresses. When the form designer creates an email message to be sent when the Submit action is triggered, these addresses are available in the From field.

To add an email address to the Forms address book:

On the Sitecore Launchpad, click Content Editor.

In the Content Editor, go to /sitecore/System/Settings/Forms/Meta Data/Address Book/Senders.

Right-click Address Book and click Insert, Email Address.

In the Message dialog box, type a name for the item and click OK.

On the Content tab, in the Data section, in the Value field, type a valid email address (for example, Joe@domain.com).

Save your changes.
To set an email address as the default address, in the Content Editor, drag the address item to just below the Senders folder so that it is the first address item in the list and save your changes.
