 Is the Connect trial really free?

Yes, the trial is completely free for customers who have purchased at least one Sitecore product and are on Sitecore Cloud Portal.

When does my Connect trial end?

The Connect trial has no expiration date. You can use it indefinitely, provided you stay within the 5,000-task limit per year.

Can I collaborate with more than five team members during the trial?

Yes, the Connect trial supports collaboration with larger teams.

Can I build my own connector during the trial?

Yes, the trial includes custom connector development.

How do I upgrade my Connect trial to a paid tier subscription?

To upgrade, simply contact your Sitecore account executive.

What happens to my data when I upgrade from my Connect trial to a paid tier?

When you upgrade, all data created during your trial is retained in your trial instance, which will automatically become a non-production instance. A new production instance will be provisioned, supporting up to 3,000,000 tasks per connection per year. The number of connections available depends on your selected paid tier.

Can I access customer support during the trial?

Yes, you'll have access to Sitecore's Help Center and support resources throughout your trial.

Which Sitecore products have connectors available?

Do I need to a Sitecore product to use Sitecore Connect?

Should my recipes use a Sitecore connector or can I use any connector?

Your recipes in Sitecore Connect must include at least one Sitecore connector.

What is the data retention period for Sitecore Connect?

The default data retention period in Sitecore Connect is 30 days for all customers. This retention period is fixed and cannot be configured, as it is a limitation of the embedded Workato offering.
