Sitecore CDP connector

Sitecore CDP is an intelligent customer data platform that allows you to collect, connect, and activate customer data across all your organization's digital channels.

The Sitecore CDP connector helps you integrate Sitecore CDP with third-party applications. It enables you to export audience data to external systems and manage batch file uploads for guests and order data.

Use cases

  • Automatically upload audience data exported from Sitecore CDP to a social media platform for retargeting specific audience segments.

  • Export the email addresses of users who abandoned their orders and import them into an email marketing app to encourage order completion.

  • Export the data of users who made a purchase in the past week. Then import the audience into a digital advertising platform to exclude them from your next paid media campaign.

  • Automate the upload of guest or order records from external systems into Sitecore CDP.

API version

The Sitecore CDP connector uses Sitecore CDP APIs. Refer to the Sitecore CDP developer documentation and the Sitecore API catalog for more information.
