This section provides the information you require to begin integrating your business website or application with Sitecore Discover.
What to expect during onboarding
When onboarding with Sitecore Discover, we create your subscription and set your domain. We also configure Discover for your specific needs. During that process, there are some tasks that Sitecore representatives perform, and some other tasks that you must perform. The following is an overview of the onboarding tasks in the sequence they usually occur and shows a typical process.
The following represents a typical onboarding experience. You might require to perform additional steps, depending on the features included in your subscription, and your specific integration scenario. A Sitecore representative will guide you through the process specific to your Discover implementation.
Setting up your Discover account
The following table summarizes the activities that you and Sitecore personnel perform to set up your access to the Discover Customer Engagement Console (CEC):
