Find Marketplace apps installed in your organization
This topic describes where organization team members can find custom and public Marketplace apps that are already installed and available in your Cloud Portal organization.
Cloud Portal organization admins and owners can find a list of all installed Marketplace apps and their extension points in My apps on the navigation header. By reviewing the app's extension points, you can let other team members know where a Marketplace app is available for them to use.
Organization users can access a Marketplace app only if an organization admin or owner grants them app access.
If you are a team member without access to My apps on the navigation header, you can find Marketplace apps in the following areas in SitecoreAI, depending where the app developer made them available and whether an organization admin or owner granted you app access:
- Standalone - Cloud Portal Home page > Apps.
- SitecoreAI full screen - SitecoreAI navigation header > Apps .
- SitecoreAI Page builder context panel - SitecoreAI Page builder navigation header > Apps .
- SitecoreAI Page builder custom field:
- Content item - SitecoreAI Page builder > canvas > an element of your choice > Element options > Content.
- Page - SitecoreAI Page builder > a page of your choice > More actions > Page content.
- SitecoreAI dashboard widget - SitecoreAI > a site dashboard of your choice > Customize > Add widgets > Marketplace.
