Manage app access
Cloud Portal team members with the Organization Admin and Organization Owner role automatically have access to every Marketplace app installed in their organization. However, team members with the Organization User role don't have access to any Marketplace apps by default. An admin or owner can control which organization users can access each Marketplace app, by granting or revoking app access.
An Organization User can be granted access to a maximum of 25 apps in total, including default Sitecore apps and Marketplace apps. For example, this could be 14 Sitecore apps and 11 Marketplace apps.
To manage an organization user's access to a Marketplace app:

In the Cloud Portal, click Admin.

On the Team members page, for the organization user that you want to update app access for, click the Actions menu
and then click View details. -
In the App access list, locate the Marketplace app that you want to change access for.

In the drop-down menu of the app, depending on the change you want to make:

To grant app access, select Has access.
Organization users with app access can now find and start using the Marketplace app.

To revoke app access, select No access.
Organization users with revoked app access can no longer find or use the Marketplace app.
