Managing offers in Sitecore Personalize

An offer is a marketing message that contains information that can be presented to a guest in multiple channels.

Interactive experiments and triggered experiments can both serve up offers if you add a decision model that uses offers to the experiment.

Web experiments can do this too, but they do not require you to add a decision model to the experiment in order to serve up an offer. You have the option to connect to a knowledge source, then use the decisioning offers loop HTML snippet.

An offer is based off an offer template. You must create an offer template before you can create an offer.
