Check the mapped claims of your account
When you add a claim with claims mapping, the claim is added to both the Sitecore ID token and Sitecore access token. To test if the claim was successfully added to your account, you can check to see if the account has any mapped claims.
Note
Because claims mapping is only supported for SitecoreAI roles, the mapping interface only appears if there is at least one SitecoreAI tenant in the current organization.
To check the mapped claims of your account:

Log in to the Sitecore Cloud Portal organization with the account that you want to check has a mapped claim.

In the top-right corner of the menu bar, click your profile picture > System information.

Copy the Bearer token and decode it to check whether a mapped claim is present.
