Manage API tokens

You can use an API token to authenticate the following APIs:

Webhook REST API for the Sitecore Common Audit Log
Edge Platform Admin API for creating custom hostnames.

View your API tokens

To view the API tokens for your account:

Log in to https://portal.sitecorecloud.io/.
If you belong to multiple organizations, click the organization where you want to view your API token.
In the top-right corner of the menu bar, click your profile picture > System information.

Copy this token and use it to authenticate your API requests.

Create an API token

Every time you log in to the Sitecore Cloud Portal, a new API token is created for you. After 15 minutes, this token expires and a new API token is generated automatically.

To create another API token:

Refresh the page or log in to the portal again.

Note

All API tokens are valid for 15 minutes, but the portal only shows the most recently created API token.
