Use the for brand-aware chats
The enables natural, brand-aware conversations. You can ask open-ended questions or request content related to campaigns, marketing strategy, research, or brand guidelines.
Behind each response, the applies an agentic AI process to ensure the results are accurate, relevant, and aligned with your brand identity.

To use the for brand-aware chats:

In the navigation menu, click Strategy. Then, in the left sidebar, select Assistant.

Select your brand kit. If you have multiple brand kits, ensure you choose the correct one for accurate results.

Optionally, select information sources and choose a writing style to match your needs. These preferences enable you to configure how the generates responses.

In the chat field, enter your prompt. Clear, detailed prompts help the generate relevant answers.
Prompts can be entered in any supported language. Check out the example prompts to help you get started.

Optionally, click the Upload
icon or drag and drop a file into the chat to add context for the Brand Assistant. You can upload multiple files at once:-
Images - upload .jpg, .jpeg, or .png files up to 20 MB each (50 MB total for all images per chat).

PDFs - upload .pdf files up to 20 MB each (50 MB total for all PDFs per chat).
Uploaded files stay visible in the chat and appear side by side.

Optionally, to enable to generate a response based solely on web sources, click Tools and then click Web search.

Understanding the generated response
The strives for accuracy but it might occasionally generate incorrect responses. Always verify the information provided.
Each response generated by the includes the following elements:

Thinking - shows how the response was generated. Click to expand and view details of the agentic AI process, including where the information came from - like brand kit sections, brand knowledge, or web searches.

Response - the main answer generated based on the 's thinking process. It uses information from the Brand Context or searches brand knowledge or the web to deliver the most relevant answer.
NoteWhen you use the Brief or Brainstorming tools in the , the response also includes an artifact - a standalone content block that appears in the right-hand pane.

Sources - list of sources used to generate the content. This might include brand knowledge, web sources, or both.

Suggested follow-up questions - related questions or prompts you can use to continue the conversation or explore more topics.
Refining the generated response
If the 's response isn't what you expected, try the following:

Rephrase your prompt.

Then, regenerate the response for better results.
If the isn’t generating accurate or on-brand content, it's often due to incomplete or inaccurate knowledge sources in your brand kit.
