Use the plugin secret key to connect to other apps

Connecting Sitecore Send to other apps requires authentication. A plugin secret key is a unique encryption key that enables you to integrate Sitecore Send with your other apps.

To get your plugin secret key:

On the menu bar, click More > Settings.
On the menu on the left, click Plugin secret key.
If you’re entering this tab for the first time, click Generate plugin secret key.
Click Copy.

Note

The generated plugin secret key is only displayed once, and you should use the same key for all your app connections. If you want to use the key to connect to multiple apps, you need to save your key locally.
