Audience export
Sitecore CDP lets you export audiences built from a segment. The exported data can help you activate audiences outside Sitecore CDP.
When creating an audience export, you can:

Base the export on any Scheduled or Live segment or subgroup of a segment.

Include any guest data, such as order, event, and extension data, that is available in the guest profile.

Include custom data using JavaScript. You can write the code manually, or generate it with the Code Assistant using natural language.

Test the export before running it.

Export full datasets instantly or at scheduled intervals, or export delta datasets daily.

Export the data as a CSV or JSON output.
When the audience export finishes running, you can access the output for 35 days in any of the following ways:

Download the output directly from Sitecore CDP, if downloading from the app is enabled.

Download the output using the Audience export REST API.

Get notified by email. The email contains instructions for downloading the output.

Send a webhook notification to external APIs or integration tools, for example, Sitecore Connect, where you can receive and extract the output.
After exporting, if you're using Sitecore Connect or another integration tool, you can send the exported data to third-party systems such as social media platforms, digital advertising platforms, email marketing apps, and business intelligence (BI) tools.
