Introduction to Sitecore CDP

Sitecore CDP enables you to query and build custom segments at scale and speed using any attributes that your organization passes to Sitecore CDP. You can interrogate all your organization’s data using embedded analytics in the segment editor. Batch segmentation enables you to group guests into segments. Using audience export, you can export audiences built from a segment. The exported data can help you activate audiences outside Sitecore CDP.

You can see a singular, contextual profile for every single site visitor. Sitecore CDP ingests data through secure stream, batch, and REST APIs. It also tracks real-time behaviors as people interact with digital touchpoints including web, mobile apps, and email messages. Sitecore CDP can do this with or without capturing the customer's Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data.
