Dashboards in Sitecore CDP

You use dashboards to review and analyze various Sitecore CDP performance metrics, such as:

  • Customer types and new customers over a selected time period.

  • Purchased order items and order value.

  • Changes to segments and trends in inbound traffic.

  • Suspected bot activity by bot type and peak attack times.

  • Event activities for your organization, such as VIEW, ADD, INTERACTION, and custom events.

  • Segment metrics like audience size, amount spent, distribution by guest type, and top items ordered.

  • Customer journey patterns and traffic flows.

  • AI-driven insights and recommendations based on data from other CDP dashboards.

The data shown in all dashboards adheres to the data retention policy.
