Dashboards in Sitecore CDP
You use dashboards to review and analyze various Sitecore CDP performance metrics, such as:

Customer types and new customers over a selected time period.

Purchased order items and order value.

Changes to segments and trends in inbound traffic.

Suspected bot activity by bot type and peak attack times.

Event activities for your organization, such as
VIEW

, and custom events. -
Segment metrics like audience size, amount spent, distribution by guest type, and top items ordered.

Customer journey patterns and traffic flows.
The data shown in all dashboards adheres to the data retention policy.
You can access the Sitecore CDP dashboards by clicking Dashboards in the navigation pane.
