Use the data browser feature
The data browser feature in Sitecore CDP enables you to view your organization’s data. It displays fields and their values so you can see how much data is available, along with the unique count of values, data type, and the exact count and percentage of each value in relation to the total data set.
With the analytics provided in the data browser, you can get insights about your organization's data. For example, you can browse data on different fields to reveal how many customers are from a certain country and how many have purchased certain items.
You can use the data browser feature to get insights on data and download it to an Excel file. If you want to view this data to build a segment, we recommend using embedded analytics in the segment editor.
To use the data browser:

On the navigation menu, click Batch Segments > Data browser.

On the Data Browser screen, click one of the following field groups and the related subgroup that displays:

The entities and values that display reflect your organization's data dictionary in the data lake, and depend on the data your organization has passed to Sitecore CDP using the Sitecore CDP APIs. For example, if your organization does not pass orders and order items to Sitecore CDP, you will not see the Order and Order Item entities. The data browser can also display attributes and values that are unique to your organization, such as custom events.

To display the analytics of a specific field, click the name of the field or use the search bar to enter the name of the field.
The field analytics in the data browser provide the following details:

Total Observations - the total observations of all fields in the selected entity type.

Unique - the distinct count of values for the selected field.

Nulls - the total count of null values for the selected field.

Data Type - the data type of the field.

Breakdown - the distribution of different values within the selected field. It displays the distinct values, the count of each value, and the corresponding percentage of the total data.

To download the schema of your organization's data to an Excel file, click Download Full Schema. The downloaded
.xlsx
file contains the entities, types, field names, data types, and location types available in your data.
