Segment Report
The Segment Report tracks the number of customer searches, orders, sessions, and channels used over the past 6 months. Period-on-period graphs compare data for the most recent 3 months to the 3 months that preceded them, which helps you understand trends in customer interactions.
The data in the Segment Report is refreshed every 24 hours. To download the report as a ZIP archive containing CSV files, click the Download 
icon.
Orders per Customer
This report includes a chart that shows the proportion of customers with 1, 2, 3, and 4 or more orders in the most recent 3 months and previous 3 months. It also shows a period-on-period comparison, demonstrating the trend in the number of orders per customer. The graph shows the percentage of change for each order segment in this 3-month period compared to the previous 3-month period, and whether the change is positive (growth) or negative (decline).

Channels per Customer
This report includes a chart that shows the proportion of customers with 1, 2, 3, and 4 or more channels in the most recent 3 months and previous 3 months.
